Lichina broke the record for career shutouts in a 1-0 win over Point Park on Wednesday. The junior made eight saves in the effort and recorded his 18th career clean sheet, surpassing the 17 recorded by Ryan Larkin during the 2006 and 2007 seasons. Lichina saw his scoreless streak of 413 minutes snapped against Carnegie Mellon on Saturday.
