Allegheny College Athletics

Sheppard averaged 2.00 kills and 2.46 digs per set for the Gators in last weekend's Gator Invitational, earning a spot on the all-tournament team.  In the team's tournament-closing win over Frostburg State, Sheppard recorded six kills and eight digs.  The freshman has been a workhorse for the squad in 2012, leading the team with 160 digs.  She is also tied for the team lead with 10 service aces.
