Senior Delaney Arbore became the 17th player in Allegheny College women's basketball history to reach 1,000 career points as the Gators jumped out to a big first-half lead and cruised past Bethany in nonconference road action by a final score of 69-54. Entering the game needing just 10 points, Arbore achieved the milestone scoring plateau before halftime with the final points coming on a three-pointer from the right wing with as the clock ticked past 1:20 remaining in the second quarter. The triple was the 155th of the senior's career, as she has made the second-most three-pointers in program history, trailing only Katie Kestler (2003-07). With 25 points, her fourth 20-plus point performance of the season, Arbore ended the day at 1,015 career points to sit in 14th place on the Allegheny scoring list.
