Freshman Louis Olsakovsky led the Gator golf team to a pair of strong finishes over the final regular weekend of the regular season. On Saturday at the Gannon Invitational, Olsakovsky fired a one-under 71 to tie for first in a 57-player field.  Two days later, he closed out the 36-hole Mercyhurst Invitational in second place in a field of 47 golfers with a two-day total of 151, shooting 78 in the first round, and 73 on the final day.  Olsakovsky has now finished fifth or higher in six of the Gators' nine events this season, while winning or tying for medalist honors three times.
