On Friday at the Emory Invitational, senior Olivia Mamula topped a 23-runner field in the 3,000 meter steeplechase by turning in a time of 10:59.09, 21 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher. It marked a career-best time for Mamula in the event, while it is just one second off of the school record in the event. Additionally, it currently stands as the second fastest time in the 3,000 meter steeplechase by a Division III runner this season.
