Junior John Hughes led Allegheny at the North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Championships, placing third in a field of 100 runners with a time of 24:44. With his performance, Hughes earned First Team All-NCAC accolades, after being a Second Team NCAC selection last season, and an Honorable Mention honoree in 2015. Hughes has now placed fifth or better in all five of Allegheny's races this season.
