Allegheny freshman Jordan Rawls averaged 23.5 points and 8.5 rebounds, while shooting 54 percent from the field, in a pair of games for the Gators' during the week of Jan. 23. Â In Wednesday's win over Kenyon, Rawls scored 30 points, on 12-for-17 from the field, while leading the Gators with eight rebounds, and dishing a season-best five assists. Â Three days later at Hiram, Rawls again led the Gators with 17 points and nine rebounds, while also blocking a pair of shots. Â This season, Rawls ranks second in the NCAC among freshmen in scoring (14.8 pts/g), while he leads all conference rookies in rebounding (6.6 reb/g) and field goal percentage (.505).
