At the 2016 NCAA Division III National Cross Country Championship, senior S.J. Guillaume led the Gators by placing 51st in a 280-runner field. It marked the highest individual national finish for a Gator women's runner since 2003. As a team, the Gators placed 13th out of 32 squads, also the team's best finish in 13 seasons.
