At her first career North Coast Athletic Conference Championship, Emily Forner earned All-NCAC honors in a pair of events.  Forner, who earlier in the week was named the Allegheny Female Newcomer of the Year, placed second in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:40.28, the fifth fastest time in program history.  She followed that up by placing second in the 5,000 meter run in a time of 18:01.08, less than a half second out of first place.  Forner was Allegheny's top scorer at the two day event, amassing 16 points.
