At the Bucknell Bison Invitational, senior Josie Niovich established a new school record in the 100 meter hurdles, posting a time of 14.93 seconds to place fourth overall, and first among non-Division-I competitors. Â It marked the first time in team history that a hurdler cracked the 15-second mark, and her time is good for the second-fastest by a North Coast Athletic Conference athlete this season, and 25th best by a NCAA D-III runner. Â Niovich followed up her record-breaking run by making her career debut in the 400 meter hurdles, and turned in a time of 1:05.84 to place fifth among Division-III runners in the event. Â
