At Saturday's Great Lakes Regional Championship in Terre Haute, Indiana, Alyssa Brindle finished 18th overall in a field of 244 runners.  She covered the 6-kilometer course in 23:06, the second-fastest time of her career, and, with her 18th-place finish, was one of three Gators to earn All-Region honors.  Brindle helped the Gators take third place as a team, their highest regional finish since 2006, and earn an at-large selection into the NCAA Division-III National Championship, scheduled for Nov. 21 in Winnecotte, Wisconsin.
