Smith posted four catches for 100 yards, while also gaining nine yards rushing and 18 on kick returns, in the Gators' 36-19 defeat to Ohio Wesleyan.  Two of his catches were highlight-reel material, including a diving 42-yard grab on third-and-13 in the second quarter, and a leaping 36-yard reception on third-and-16 in the fourth quarter. Through the first four games of the season, Smith is averaging 14.7 yards on 16 receptions, and a team-leading 116 yards of total offense per contest.
