Samuel vaulted the Gators to a 3-1 record at the Buttermaker Tournament with a 60-kill weekend, earning All-Tournament honors at the tournament hosted by Muhlenberg College. The junior started her week with 12 kills against Baruch before logging a then season-high 16 against Moravian, tying a previous career high. Samuel closed the tournament with 13 kills against host Muhlenberg before erupting for a career-high 19 against Shenandoah to close the tournament, hitting an impressive .311 to push the Gators past the Hornets.
