Allegheny College Athletics

Steele went 4-0 in singles and doubles matches, helping the Gators to their first Nancy J. Heath Tournament title since the 2007 season.  The senior won a 6-3, 6-1 decision in her first singles match against Baldwin Wallace, closing out her singles performance with a 6-1, 6-4 victory against Edinboro.  Paired with sophomore doubles partner Tiffany Kollah, Steele opened the tournament with an 8-0 doubles win over the Yellow Jackets before upending the third-flight pair from Edinboro, 8-4.
