Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Men’s Soccer Travels to Case Western Reserve

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Allegheny men's soccer team fell on the road Sunday (Sept. 13) at Case Western Reserve, 3-1.

The Gators got on the board first when the Spartan goalkeeper's clearance deflected off his own defender, ricocheting back into the goal.

After giving up the own goal, the Spartans would score three times in the opening half while limiting the Gator offense.

Allegheny put pressure on the Case Western Reserve defenders early in the second half. Micah Khembo (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Catholic), Lucas Henderson (Wexford, Pa./North Allegheny) and Brian Ankamah (Gahanna, Ohio/Columbus Academy) had shots on goal, but the Gators were unable to make up the deficit as they fell 3-1.
