Stevens VanDuzer joined the Allegheny men's and women's swimming and diving staff in the summer of 2009.
VanDuzer graduated from Hartwick College in May with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis in writing. He was a four-year member of the men's swimming and diving team, and an Empire 8 Conference Champion. While at Hartwick, VanDuzer spent last summer as the assistant director of aquatics. He managed and supervised the lifeguards for two facilities, while coaching competitive swimming and diving camps.
VanDuzer also served as a peer tutor in the Hartwick Writing Center and worked as a research assistant for Dr. Thomas Travisano on his book Words in Air.
