Allegheny College Athletics

Faloon was captain of the 1941 Gator basketball team where he was the team’s highest scorer and he was honored as a member of the All-Pennsylvania Small College team.  He was also selected to the All-District team in 1941, as well as the national All-Phi Delta Theta squad.

Faloon graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1944 and is currently Professor of Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Faloon also serves as the Director of Gastroenterology and Nutrition at Highland Hospital.  His son, Bill Jr., was a basketball player at Allegheny until his graduation in 1977.
