Ronda Kiser was a three-year captain of the Gator basketball team. As a point guard, she set school records for a single game, season, and career assists. Kiser was named the Gators’ Most Valuable Player in both 1980-81 and 1981-82. She was Allegheny’s assist leader for three straight seasons and led the Gators to a 16-5 record as a senior
