Allegheny College Athletics

Joseph Byers was an honorable mention All-American as a senior soccer player.  That achievement is all the more remarkable considering there was no separation of NCAA divisions at the time.  The Sewickley, Pennsylvania, native also was a four-time All-Presidents’ Athletic Conference selection.  He led the Gators to two PAC championships and twice led the team in scoring.  Currently, he is vice president of sales and marketing for Easco Aluminum in Hudson, Ohio.
