Jennifer Erdos earned All-American honors in four consecutive years from 1995-1998. During the ‘95 campaign, Erdos finished eighth in the nation in the 200-yard backstroke and 11th in the 400-yard individual medley. She went on to better each of those marks in ‘96 with a pair of seventh-place finishes. In ’97, Erdos finished fifth in Division III in the 200 back before matching that performance again in ’98. In addition, Erdos earned All-American status as part of two 200-yard medley relays, two 400 medley relays, two 800 free relays, and one 400 free relay. Fittingly, Erdos and Ruffennach Gang teamed up on seven of those relays squads.

Erdos owns the school record in the 200-yard backstroke and was a member of the 400-yard medley relay team which owns the Allegheny record. The Erdos family is one with strong Allegheny ties, as Jennifer’s brother T.J. is a member of the 2003 Class of the Allegheny College Athletic Hall of Fame, and father Tom, was coach of the Gator swim teams for 30 years, helping produce 256 All-Americans during his tenure
