Garrett Daggett was a forward selected to the Allegheny basketball All-Century team, named in observance of the 100th season of varsity basketball in 1996. At the time of his graduation, he was second in Allegheny history in points scored, 1,336, and third in rebounds with 669 and steals with 139. Daggett is also the school’s all-time leader in blocked shots with 121. He ranked third in both scoring and rebounding and is sixth in steals, and he is also tied for second with 107 career games played. He was a three-time First-Team All-NCAC selection, in 1987, ’88 and ’89, and was the NCAC Player of the Year in 1989. During his career, he helped the Gators to three NCAC regular season titles, a pair of NCAC Tournament Championships and three NCAA Division III Tournament appearances. He is a native of Akron, Ohio.
