Debra Durr Ladley was a star for the Allegheny swim teams in the early 1980s. By the time she graduated, Durr held every school freestyle record possible, covering all distances from the 50 to the 1650. Her records included six individual races and four relays. At the national level, she won All-American honors each of her four years and helped the Gators to three top 10 NCAA finishes.
