A two-time Allegheny College Raymond P. Shafer Award recipient, David graduated with 1,443 career points, still good for third all-time in Gator program history, while also ranking fourth in team history in both three-point shooting and free throw shooting. In 1995-96, he led the North Coast Athletic Conference in scoring, averaging 19.9 points per game, while also topping the league with 75 three-point field goals, as he was named the NCAC Player of the Year, just the second Gator in history to earn the honor.
