Bruce T. Olderman won four letters in football and three in wrestling.  He was an All-PAC First Team tackle for three years (Allegheny was not in the PAC his freshman year).  He was a member of the Pittsburgh Press All-District Second Team in 1958 and First Teams in 1959 and 1960.  In ’59 and ’60 he was also named the Pittsburgh Press All-District Lineman of the Year.  He was named to the All-Methodist Team in 1959 and 1960 and he was named to Collier’s Top Ten Linemen in America. Olderman was co-captain of the football team his senior year.  The overall football record during his career was 15-13-3 and he was named All-State. In 1961 Olderman was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams. 

 

In wrestling, he was undefeated at heavyweight for three years, with one tie. Bruce won the PAC heavyweight championship in 1959. 

 

Olderman is a self-employed owner of Olderman Realty and Development Company in Georgia.
