An 11-time North Coast Athletic Conference champion, Amy Schuckert Seago still stands as one of the most decorated cross country and track athletes in Allegheny College history.  In outdoor track, she began conference champion her career as part of the 1996 NCAC champion 1600-meter relay team, helping Allegheny to a conference championship.  She then embarked on arguably the most dominant stretch in NCAC track history, as she won the NCAC crown in both the 800 and 1500 in each of the next three seasons, being named the NCAC Middle/Distance Runner of the Year each time.

In indoor, she earned the same honor in both 1998 and 999, as she captured two 800-meter championships, as well as the 1998 3000 meter title and the 1500 meter title in 1999.  She earned All-American honors with a fifth-place finish in the 800 at the 1998 NCAA Championship.

Just as impressive on the cross country course, she was a First Team All-NCAC finisher in 1997, taking second at the conference championship meet, before earning NCAC Runner of the Year laurels with a first-place finish in 1998, when she went on to earn First Team All-Region honors and qualify for the NCAA National Championship.

In 2003, she was named to the NCAC 1993-2002 All-Decade Teams for both track and cross country.
