2013 All-North Coast Athletic Conference Baseball Team

Joe Killian was named the 2013 North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Newcomer of the Year, one of three Gators honored as All-NCAC performers, announced by the conference office on Monday.

Killian finished the regular season with a team-high .374 batting average, driving in 31 runs, the second highest total on the team, while leading the team with 11 doubles. In his first year for the Blue and Gold, Killian slugged .489 while scattering 49 hits, recording 75 assists at the third base position in 40 starts. Killian is the third player in program history to earn Newcomer of the Year, the first since Jason Pape earned the honor in 2004.
Brandt picked up five wins for the Gators, finishing with a 4.09 ERA. The junior earns his first All-NCAC honor, finishing second on the team with 39 strikeouts while holding opposing batters to a .254 batting average. Brandt opened the season with a complete-game one hitter in a 3-2 win over Oswego State on Mar. 17, one of his team-high four complete games.
Davis followed an All-NCAC First Team selection in 2012 with a strong season in 2013, batting. 360 while starting in 38 games for the Gators. The junior recorded a .989 fielding percentage, driving in 14 runs with a team-high 50 hits, including 10 doubles and a triple, finishing the year 5-for-6 in stolen base attempts. On the mound, Davis struck out a team-high 39 batters, picking up a 2-3 record in nine appearances and eight starts.
