D3Football Team of the Week

MEADVILLE, Pa. – Following the Gators' pulse-pounding victory at nationally-ranked No. 7 Wabash, the team's offensive line was recognized by D3Football on the national Team of the Week, presented by Scoutware.

Allegheny's offensive front dominated the line of scrimmage in the Gators' stunning road upset in Crawfordsville. Holding the ball for nearly 33 minutes, Allegheny hit the Little Giants for 176 yards rushing, even though Wabash entered the game averaging 28 yards against on the ground. The Gators offensive front, which was collectively tabbed as the Allegheny College Athletes of the Week, surrendered zero sacks in 40 drop backs.

The past week's starters included Jesse Battaglia at left tackle, Ty Pryor at left guard, Taylor El-Ani at center, Conor Sharp at right guard and Zack Palmer at right tackle.
