D3Football Team of the Week

MEADVILLE, Pa. – Senior field corner Colin Hartford was named to the D3Football Team of the Week, presented by Scoutware, it was announced on Tuesday. Hartford is the second Allegheny defender to elicit national weekly honors this season.

Hartford, a three-year starter from Fox Chapel, Pa., sealed Allegheny's 22-20 victory over DePauw after intercepting the potential game-tying two-point conversion with 37 seconds left in regulation. In addition to the game-clinching play, Hartford had six tackles and a pass breakup midway through the fourth quarter to force a key fourth down.
